The beneficial effect of thermal water

Thanks to its special composition, the thermal springs of Levico and Vetriolo are considered to be unique in Italy as well as extremely rare throughout Europe. These ferreous springs derive their origin at an altitude of 1,582 m asl. Already in the 16th century, the calming effect on the nervous system has been known.
The thermal water of Levico especially excerts its beneficial action in people suffering from a state of anxiety, diseases of the musculoskeletal system, dermatological and gynaecological disorders as well as thyroid diseases. Studies also document the therapeutic effect of springs in people suffering from respiratory diseases and inflammations attributed to environmental pollution and smog.

Balneotherapies, inhalations and aerosol therapy, fango-baneotherapies, vaginal irrigations as well as massages are offered in the thermal facility.
