Nomi

Nomi is a typical village of the Vallagarina valley and is located on the right Adige riverbank

Nomi was mentioned for the first time in 1188, the little village on the right Adige riverside was established round the Palazzo Vecchio, a construction dating back to the 15th century. It is surrounded by typical dry stone murals. This Palazzo is surrounded by rural farms, vineyards and cultivated fields, characterising the landscape of this area. Particularly worth to be visited are the church “Madonna della Consolazione“ as well as the centre of Nomi, decorated with impressive frescos and remarkable portals.

Moreover Nomi is ideal for cycling tours along the Adige cycling path snaking its way across the fruit orchards. Regarding your possibilities for a pleasant stop we would like to highlight the so-called Bicigrill, also offering a service station for bikers.
