Faver
Faver, one of the most characteristic villages in Val di Cembra, is situated at the foot of Monte Avvoltoio.
Traditionally, the village is devided in two localities, which are Cort and Vich, both featuring a fountain as well as a village square. Picturesque alleys with the typical stone houses characterise the village. However, up to the 30s, the silkworm industry was thriving, while today the village is an important centre for wine, fruit and vegetable cultivation. Due to the surrounding forests, also the manufacture industry is a very important factor in the village.
