Molina di Ledro is one of the biggest villages directly located on the shores of Lake Ledro. The Lake Ledro is situated between Lake Garda and Lake Idro in the homonymous valley.
The place is known above all for its past as a pile dwelling settlement. In 1929, for instance, some 10,000 piles were discovered and numerous tools and bronze statues found, which are now exhibited at the local pile dwelling museum.
Lake Ledro also offers numerous sports activities, from swimming to lovely boat trips and relaxing walks along its shores.
