Sirór

One one kilometre from Fiera di Primiero there is Sirór in the northern part of the Val di Primiero valley.

Surrounded by dense forests which offer a vast number of hiking paths, Sirór is situated in a sunny location. Mushrooms and wild berries thrive in its forests at the foot of the beautiful Pale di San Martino mountain group.

However, not only Tonadico, but also Sirór has got historical origins and sets great value on traditions, one of which is the Christmas market. This market enchants Sirór every year in Christmas time with candle lights, Christmas carols and Christmas bakery. Lights, Christmas music and lovely wooden market booths provide a romantic atmosphere.

Furthermore the municipality of Sirór features several accomodations in a quiet rural area. San Martino di Castrozza, the popular holiday resort, is located only a stone’s throw from the village and even in part on the municipal area of Sirór.
