Those who spend their winter holidays at San Martino di Castrozza can look forward to a wide range of offers. The lift facilities are close to the centre of San Martino. A free shuttle takes you from the surrounding localities to the skiing area of S. Martino di Castrozza. This skiing area includes 60 km of slopes and extends from Alpe Tognole to Malga Ces, including the Cima Tognola, Val Cigolera and Punta Ces (”Carosello delle Malghe”).

There are several ski slopes of varying difficulty – for experienced skiers as well as beginners. And if you love nighttime skiing, the Colverde ski slope, which directly leads you into the centre of San Martino di Castrozza, is illuminated on Christmas time.

However, you can not only enjoy winter sports, but also several other cultural and gastronomical events, for example the crèche exhibition of Tonadico. More than 100 crèche figurines made of different materials can be admired in the windows of the villages and spread Christmas feeling from December 25th to January 6th.

On the outskirts there is the cross-country ski centre and cross-country skiers can look forward to 4 ski trails of complessively 30 km. The great winter landscape of the nature park will impress you!
