Ski area Buffaure
A new skiing area near Pozza di Fassa, known for its slope “Aloch” that ends in the hamlet of Meida.
The skiing area Buffaure at Pozza di Fassa extends to the Val Jumela and Conca di Ciampac and features ski slopes which have recently been modernised. From this skiing area you can access the popular panorama ski tour. In order to reach the skiing area you have to take the Buffaure panoramic gondola lift.
Already on the way to the skiing area you can enjoy a great view on the Catinaccio, Latemar and Sassolungo. The skiing area offers ski slopes of varying difficulty for experienced and less experienced skiers.

> Buffarure di sotto: medium, 400 m, drop of 34 %
> Col Valvacin: medium, 1640 m, medium drop of 19 %
> Baby Buffaure: easy, 180 m, 12 %
> Buffaure: medium, 5,1 km, 24 %
> Pala del Geiger: medium, one of the new ski slopes, which connects the skiing area to Conca di Ciampac
> Orsa Maggiore: easy and wide ski slope, connection slope to Alba-Ciampac
> Aloch ski stadium: medium/difficult, 1 km, 31 %, not connected to the skiing area, but accessible by same ski pass, illuminated at night
Altitude: 1,320 - 2,354 m asl
Ski slopes: 17 km
Lift facilities: 7 (4 chair lifts, 2 ski lifts, 1 cable car)
Nighttime skiing: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 20.30 to 23 pm
