As you can easily immagine, Trentino boasts some stunning mountain bike tracks

Mountain bike tracks are found everywhere in Trentino, on paths and forest roads, across woods and pastures. Some of them are even known as “the latest craze” among mountain bike enthusiasts and freaks.

Before embarking on a mountain bike tour and choosing the route, however, it is always important to keep in mind the own fitness level, to ask your hosts about the tracks and wheather forecast and to bring enough water and food with you, a map and possibly a GPS - not to forget an appropriate helmet!
